One-On-One Coaching

Begin with comprehensive assessments and one-on-one coaching. Our experts focus on perfecting snatch, clean, and jerk techniques, enhancing your overall performance.

Level 1 - Technique & Strength Foundation (Weeks 1-4)

Build a strong technique foundation and master fundamental strength movements. Benefit from group coaching sessions and access TrainHeroic for online guidance.

Level 2 - Skill Refinement (Weeks 5-8)

Advance with varied techniques, emphasizing precision, timing, and speed. Hone complex movements for smoother, explosive lifts. Progress steadily for greater challenges.

Level 3 - Mastery & Prep (Weeks 9-12)
