Olympic Weightlifting Coach Competition

With an athletic career spanning three Senior National competitions, two Western Canadian Championship titles, and three Alberta Provincial Championship victories, I bring a wealth of firsthand experience to the realm of coaching.

​

Throughout my coaching career, I have guided athletes to three Canadian National Championships and assisted numerous athletes to achieve success at the Alberta Provincials level.

 

However, my focus extends far beyond immediate victories. I am deeply committed to fostering long-term development in athletes, nurturing their mental, physical, and emotional qualities throughout the process.

I believe that true athletic growth goes beyond the numbers on the board. It lies in the cultivation of resilience, discipline, and a growth mindset. I am dedicated to empowering athletes to push their limits, embrace challenges, and unlock their full potential.

With a profound understanding of the mental, physical, and emotional demands of high-level competition, I am passionate about equipping athletes of all ages and skill levels with the tools they need to thrive.
