FAQ:

  • You’ll upload your lifts directly through CoachNow, where your coach will provide voiceover feedback, technical breakdowns, and corrective cues. You’ll typically receive feedback within 48 hours of upload.

  • Yes. Many of our remote athletes train in a hybrid model—joining in-person when they’re in Edmonton, and training remotely the rest of the time. Your program is designed to support both.

  • Absolutely. You’ll receive competition prep, taper planning, and attempt strategies just like our in-person lifters. Remote athletes are also welcome to represent Method Barbell at local, provincial, and national competitions.

  • We generally recommend beginners start with our Learn-to-Lift in-person program for foundational skill development. However, if you have prior coaching experience or are confident with technique basics, remote coaching may be appropriate with additional video feedback.
